ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client plans and designs the sustainable communities and cities of the future. They deliver qualified technical consulting services in technology, environment, and architecture. The company carries out tens of thousands of assignments in 70 countries around the world to ensure clean water, efficient infrastructure, and sustainable energy solutions.

You will be part of a team that works with comprehensive solutions for road design, street design, and land design. Competent design provides the conditions for a fast and smooth procurement and construction process. This in turn means business advantages and results in a well-thought-out final solution.

As a technical manager, you will work on interesting projects with the latest tools, surrounded by competent colleagues. Together, you will work closely with clients to help them successfully carry out their projects. The assignments vary in nature against a broad spectrum of industrial clients. Our client performs everything from investigations and preliminary design in early stages to detailed design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

Designing roads/street/land in larger projects for clients, often for governmental or industrial operations
Responsible for budget, time, and resource planning
Work with both internal and external reviews

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has several years of work experience as a designer in road/land/street. We are also curious to read an application from you who have experience with a focus on architecture or contracting.
Has experience working with design tools such as Civil 3D, Novapoint, Rhinoceros 3D, and/or Grasshopper 3D
Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as some communication with clients and colleagues occurs in both languages
Has a strong interest in infrastructure

Experience as a road designer/technical manager in infrastructure projects is particularly meritorious.
